Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students and clients via telephone.
  • Promote educational courses, training programmes, and services.
  • Generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional advice to potential learners.

Requirements

  • Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Basic computer and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
