Joining ahead of the plant opening in 2027, you will initially work across our existing Southeast sites, receiving full training and structured induction support to understand our operations, systems and engineering standards. By the time the new plant opens, you will be fully prepared to lead from day one and play a major role in establishing a successful new production site.
The duties of the Lead Plant Fitter role will include:

- Managing maintenance records, inspections and supporting CMMS systems
- Liaising with site teams to prioritise and deliver engineering requirements
- Mentoring and developing apprentices and wider team members
We are looking for an experienced engineer with a background in asphalt, aggregates or a similar heavy industrial environment. You will have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, good fault-finding ability, and a solid understanding of health and safety practices.
