We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing Water and Drainage Management team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead our operational crews, support the day-to-day planning of works and help deliver a safe, efficient and high-quality service across our contracts.
No two days are the same.
Whether you're leading morning briefings, supporting crews on site, carrying out quality inspections or planning the next day's workload, you'll finish each day knowing you've made a real difference to both your team and our customers.
This is a Monday to Friday role working a 6am to 4pm shift pattern.
As one of our Team Leader, you will: Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of drainage operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with contract requirements.
Deliver daily team briefings, allocate work, prepare vehicles, equipment and resources, and work closely with planners to ensure crews are ready for each shift.
Support, coach and develop operational teams by providing on-site guidance, practical assistance and training, particularly for new starters.
