An exciting opportunity to join FM Conway's dynamic Business Transformation and Technology Team as a Software Trainer! In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive our system implementations and ensure top-tier systems quality assurance. You'll be at the forefront of supporting our transformative IT projects, empowering teams across the business. This is a full-time, permanent role based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the role will include:

  • Designing and developing training materials, manuals and online resources covering SaaS solutions, web and mobile applications including those that have been developed in-house
  • Customising training programs to meet the specific needs of the user community
  • Conducting training sessions on new and existing software solutions in person and virtually for employees at various levels
  • Using the appropriate delivery methods and tools that will suit the user community needs
  • Assessing training requirements throughout the business
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training via assessments, surveys and performance metrics
  • Continuously improving training programs based on feedback and technological advancements
