At FM Conway, our Site Agents play a vital role in delivering the infrastructure that keeps communities connected. Working on a variety of structural refurbishment projects across London, you'll help lead the safe and efficient delivery of works that improve and maintain some of the region's most important infrastructure. FM Conway is recruiting for a Site Agent to join our thriving Structures Business Unit. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the planning, execution and supervision of all site activities, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery in line with our Structures work package plan. This is a permanent, full-time position based on sites across London.
Our Structures Business Unit delivers a full range of structural engineering services, utilising innovative and sustainable solutions to maximise value and ensure the successful delivery of projects to the highest quality standards. We have a strong track record of delivering refurbishments and improvements, heritage maintenance and structural repairs, with experience working on iconic projects including Hammersmith Bridge, Waterloo Bridge, Rochester Bridge, Southwark Bridge, Greenford Flyover and the Marble Arch Still Water Illumination project.

As one of our Site Agents, you will:
- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to maintain and update the contract programme.
- Plan, coordinate and implement work activities in accordance with project timelines.
- Ensure that all works are delivered in full compliance with all FM Conway Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
- Implement and control all planned works, including the distribution of safe systems of work, site inductions, daily briefings, task assignments, risk reviews and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate all plant, equipment, materials and consumables needed for the delivery of works.
- Record changes in project scope and assist with project stakeholders.
What skills and experience do you need? We're looking for an experienced Site Agent with a background in structures, engineering or highways. The successful candidate will have a solid track record in site management, along with strong skills in coordinating resources and managing suppliers. A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification are essential, as is a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standard. As the role will involve travel to various FM Conway locations, you'll also need a full UK driving licence and the ability to drive.
