FM Conway is currently seeking a Systems Implementation Manager to join our Aggregates & Asphalt division. This permanent, full‑time position is based at our head office in Sevenoaks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with the A&A Systems Manager to prioritise business requirements and maintain a roadmap of system developments aligned to business needs.
  • Manage external suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
  • Build strong relationships across operational and commercial teams to support development projects and improve business processes.
  • Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, identify mitigations and, when necessary, escalate to protect delivery outcomes.
  • Support effective change management through stakeholder engagement, user adoption and smooth system implementation.
  • Produce regular project updates, communicating progress against objectives, risks and milestones across the business.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Service Delivery Team to support customer experience and team development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Organised and proactive with a strong background in project management and digital transformation.
  • Experience delivering IT system implementations and collaborating with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders across multiple business functions is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences, are essential.
  • Experience within the construction industry and managing project budgets are advantageous.
  • Candidates should be delivery‑focused, resilient under pressure and committed to continuous improvement.
