FM Conway is currently seeking a Systems Implementation Manager to join our Aggregates & Asphalt division. This permanent, full‑time position is based at our head office in Sevenoaks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with the A&A Systems Manager to prioritise business requirements and maintain a roadmap of system developments aligned to business needs.
- Manage external suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
- Build strong relationships across operational and commercial teams to support development projects and improve business processes.
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, identify mitigations and, when necessary, escalate to protect delivery outcomes.
- Support effective change management through stakeholder engagement, user adoption and smooth system implementation.
- Produce regular project updates, communicating progress against objectives, risks and milestones across the business.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Service Delivery Team to support customer experience and team development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Organised and proactive with a strong background in project management and digital transformation.
- Experience delivering IT system implementations and collaborating with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders across multiple business functions is required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences, are essential.
- Experience within the construction industry and managing project budgets are advantageous.
- Candidates should be delivery‑focused, resilient under pressure and committed to continuous improvement.
