FM Conway is currently seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our innovative Business Transformation team. You will play a key role in ensuring a high level of governance within FM Conway, taking on the continual development of security processes ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of critical business information assets. The role will support the ongoing compliance and maintenance of ISO 27001 certification and the day to day management of information security risk and reporting. This is a permanent, full time position based from Sevenoaks.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the business in delivering quality and compliance in order to drive down information security risk
- Implementing and improving security processes to protect against and respond to risks
- Monitoring security systems, analysing alerts, investigating breaches and coordinating remediation efforts
- Designing and recommending best practice security solutions for on premise and cloud environments
- Recommending encryption protocols and data loss prevention (DLP) tools to protect sensitive data and ensure secure data handling
- Developing scripts and automation workflows where appropriate to enhance threat detection, response and security operations
- Investigating security incidents, analysing attack patterns and applying threat intelligence to strengthen proactive security measures

The FM Conway Business Transformation team are an innovative, hardworking and ambitious area of the business who play a significant role in our technology strategy. We have a broad range of services including AI and Infratech platforms. These are enabled through a strong project portfolio supporting an eclectic user community. You will be working closely with our growing Business Transformation and Technology team including Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Information Security professionals.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated Information Security Analyst with a foundational understanding of Information Security. Ideal candidates will have some experience or training in information security, knowledge of ISO 27001 principles and a basic understanding of GDPR. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning and growing in cybersecurity, eager to develop their technical and compliance skills while building their career in the field.
