FM Conway is recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Water and Drainage Management division. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll lead operational delivery on our gully cleaning operations and lead the day-to-day planning and resourcing that keeps our works programme running smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Croydon, South London.
The duties of the Team Leader role will include:
- Supervising and resourcing the works programme, working within the constraints and specification of the contracts
- Inspecting sites and work standards on a regular basis
- Promoting and supervising safe working practices, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets
- Monitoring works with respect to labour outputs, completing and returning all required documentation
What skills and experience do you need?
The successful candidate will bring hands-on drainage experience and a clear understanding of transport operations coordination. A full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card are essential for this role.
