Job Description

FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join us at our Theale Asphalt Plant.

As our Multi Skilled Operative you will need to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customer's needs.

You will join us on a permanent basis, working a mixture of day and night shifts.

The duties of the Plant Operative role will include: Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures Loading of material onto vehicles Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required Operating all weighbridge functions as required Following site Health & Safety procedures Contributing to overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business What skills and experience do you need?To be considered for this role It is essential that you are a team player, with good communications skills and a full UK driving license.

You will be flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious.
