FM Conway is currently seeking a Transport Compliance Manager to join our Transport Division. As our Transport Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with all road transport legislation, driver regulations and company standards across our Eastern and Northwest Operator Licences. This is a permanent, full-time position, based from our Croydon office covering London and the South East traffic areas.
The duties of the Transport Compliance Manager role will include:
- Managing compliance with EU driver and vehicle tachograph regulations, driver domestic hours regulations and Working Time Regulations
- Producing monthly compliance reports for the Senior Transport Manager
- Conducting regular vehicle gate checks and depot visits to oversee vehicle defect reporting
- Managing drivers’ CPC compliance and delivering driver inductions for external hauliers
- Overseeing compliance for conveyance tickets, PCNs, and vehicle cleanliness and condition
- Supporting the delivery of driver toolbox talks and investigating vehicle damage
- Assisting in achieving and maintaining FORS and BSI 39001 compliance
- Administering the Dart-tag
