FM Conway is recruiting a Senior Works Coordinator to join our innovative Digital Urban Solutions division. As a Senior Works Coordinator, you will work closely with both client and internal teams and will help ensure the smooth coordination and successful delivery of works across several contracts. This is a full-time, permanent position based from our depot in Uxbridge.

The duties of the Senior Works Coordinator role will include:

  • Raising permits and notices, updating the works programme and raising any refusals with the relevant Contracts Manager
  • Building and scheduling work on the works system to maintain accurate records of schemes, work orders and completion reports
  • Communicating with sub-contractors and updating of progress and completed works
  • Managing the timely closure and claiming of works orders
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Clients and addressing client's queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner with the Senior Contracts Manager

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a Senior Works Coordinator with proven experience in an administration role within the highways or lighting sector. You will be highly competent with Microsoft Office and Excel and have a strong customer focus. You will have excellent communication both written and verbal. A full UK driving license is essential for this role as you may have team meetings to attend at our Dartford Depot.
