FM Conway is recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver to join our Surfacing division. As our HGV Class 1 Driver you will support various surfacing contracts. This is a full time, permanent role based from our Chelsfield depot, working a mixture of day and night shifts.
The duties of the HGV Class 1 Driver will include:
- Driving and operating an HGV Sweeper to and from site
- Understanding and following correct health and safety procedures
- Correctly reporting any defects of the lorry
- Refilling materials and reporting any issues to management
- Maintaining cleanliness of the lorry to company standards
What skills and experience do you need?
We are seeking safety-conscious HGV Class 1 Drivers who are committed to maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate will possess a valid HGV Class 1 License, Driver's CPC and a CSCS Card. While experience operating an HGV Sweeper is preferred, it is not a requirement.
