FM Conway is looking for an experienced Lining Operative to join our growing Water and Drainage Management Division. As our Lining Operative, you will work as part of a two-person team, assisting the Lining Team Leader to repair pipe work with no dig technology. This is a full time, permanent role based from our depot in Kings Langley.
Duties of the Lining Operative role will include:
- Assisting with the cutting van
- Supporting the use of push rod CCTV and generating CCTV reports
- Covering multiple defects using ambient lining to reline the sewers and drains
- Assisting with patch lining
What we’re looking for in our Lining Operative:
We are seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic and who is eager to get involved with hands-on tasks. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to use your own initiative is crucial. A full UK driving license and industry knowledge are essential. You will have previously used WinCan software for reporting, or something similar. While not mandatory, having a confined space ticket and a CSCS card would be advantageous.
