FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services division based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative shared service team that provides essential administrative support across the business, helping our operational teams focus on delivering outstanding services to our customers.
As our Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate, and professional support across a variety of business-critical processes. The duties of the Business Support Administrator will include:
- Processing Electronic Timesheet System (ETS) data for employees and subcontractors, ensuring information is entered accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Managing subcontractor onboarding and offboarding processes through Oracle, including conducting and verifying Right to Work checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the management and coordination of the company's Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Managing and responding to shared inboxes, prioritising requests and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconciling annual leave records across Oracle HR, ETS.
