FM Conway is recruiting a Senior Works Coordinator to join our Digital Urban Solutions division. As a Senior Works Coordinator, you will work closely with both client and internal teams and ensure the smooth coordination and successful delivery of works across several contracts.

Location: Dartford, Kent. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising permits and notices, updating the works programme and raising any refusals with the relevant Contracts Manager.
  • Building and scheduling work in the works system to maintain accurate records of schemes, work orders and completion reports.
  • Communicating with sub-contractors and updating progress and completed works.
  • Managing the timely closure and claiming of works orders.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Clients and addressing client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner with the Senior Contracts Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administration role within the highways or lighting sector.
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Full UK driving licence.
