FM Conway is currently looking to recruit an Asphalt Plant Lead Fitter to join our Aggregates and Asphalt division. You will play a key role in ensuring all required maintenance duties are carried out efficiently, including preventative maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and executing mechanical repairs, fabrication, welding and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
