FM Conway is currently recruiting for an experienced Asite Product Owner. As our Asite Product Owner you will manage and drive the adoption of our Common Data Environment and Contract Management systems, ensuring team priorities are met. Acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders, users, and the technical team, you will oversee the effective use and enhancement of the Asite platform while ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual obligations. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent. The duties of the Asite Product Owner role will include: – Owning and configuring the Asite platform, ensuring it meets the company’s evolving needs and aligns with business objectives – Driving the implementation of new functionalities, workflows, and tools, optimising their integration into existing systems – Improving BIM, CDE, and Contract Management strategies to support digital transformation goals – Ensuring BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) are produced, maintained, and peer-reviewed when necessary – Providing technical advice on BIM standards (ISO 19650) and collaborate with teams to ensure data privacy and compliance – Overseeing audits, testing, and refinement of workflows, templates and data accuracy within the Asite platform – Training and mentoring project teams, staff, clients and supply chain users on best practices and processes – Managing relationships with Asite and service providers, supporting project delivery and strategic development. What skills and experience do you need? As our Asite Product Owner you will have experience using the Asite platform and a good understanding of construction project management and the rules in Construction Design Management (CDM 2015). You will have knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for the environment and ISO 45001 for health and safety. Experience in highways maintenance and construction would be an advantage. What benefits will you receive?
