FM Conway has an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for creating offers of employment, preparing changes to employment documentation, and providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle - including new starters, contractual changes, leavers, probation, exit interviews, absence, annual leave, private healthcare, and general administration queries. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Responsibilities:
- Creating offers of employment and changes to employment documentation
- Sending and collating employment references for successful candidates
- Utilising the company's onboarding system to provide support with new starter inductions and ensuring that accurate right to work checks have been undertaken
- Supporting with the administration of annual HR processes including salary review, bonus, healthcare renewals, average holiday pay
- Producing reports relevant to administration functions as and when required by the business
What we're looking for:
We are looking for an Administrator who has experience in a similar role. You will possess strong administration experience and will bring a combination of experience of supporting a number of fast-paced business functions. You will have strong IT skills and will be an excellent communicator. In addition, you will be an effective team worker, with a professional attitude, very good attention to detail and experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
