FM Conway is seeking a Lead Plant Fitter to join our Aggregate and Asphalt division and help launch a brand-new asphalt plant in Wellingborough.

This full-time, permanent role includes training, development and long-term career progression.

You will lead mechanical maintenance activities to maximise uptime, reliability and production efficiency while upholding health, safety and compliance standards.

Training will be provided ahead of the plant opening in 2027.
