FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Trainee Operative to join us at our Aldershot Asphalt Plant.

As our Trainee Operative, you will need to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate the production of materials for our customer’s needs.

Working a mixture of day shifts, you will be entitled to a competitive salary and a range of excellent benefits.

The duties of the role will include:

  • Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures
  • Loading of material onto vehicles
  • Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required
  • Operating all weighbridge functions as required
  • Following site Health & Safety procedures
  • Contributing to overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business

What skills and experience do you need?

It is essential that you are a team player, with good communication skills and a full UK driving license. You will be flexible, computer literate, and health and safety conscious. Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable.
