FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join our Theale Asphalt Plant. As our Multi Skilled Operative you will operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customer’s needs. You will join us on a permanent basis, working a mixture of day and night shifts.
