As an industry leader, our business is growing as we are looking to recruit aTeam Leader – Nightsto join our Water and Drainage Management division based inSittingbourne, Kent.The role will involve supervising operational activities for our gully cleaning contract and overseeing the day-to-day resourcing of the works programme. This is a full-time permanent position, working on nights, it offers a wide range of benefits and a competitive salary.
The duties of the Team Leader – Nightsrole will include:
– Supervising and resourcing the works programme, working within the constraints and specification of the contracts
-Inspecting sites and work standards on a regular basis
-Promoting and supervising safe working practices, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets
-Monitoring works with respect to labour outputs, completing and returning all required documentation
What skills and experience do you need?
Our ideal candidate will have drainage knowledge and experience as well as an understanding in coordinating transport operations. A full UK driving license and a CSCS card is also essential.
