FM Conway is looking to recruit a Receptionist - Zero Hour Contract to provide flexible support to our existing reception team. This role will help provide cover during busy periods, annual leave and sickness, so we are ideally looking for someone who can be flexible and available at short notice.
Our receptionists are the face of FM Conway, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for everyone who visits or contacts our business. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and greeting people and takes pride in delivering an outstanding service to both our internal and external customers.
Working hours will vary depending on the cover required, with shifts typically being either 7:30am–4:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm.
The duties of the Receptionist - Zero Hour Contract will include:
- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and taking messages
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and staff
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Raising purchase requisitions where required
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Keeping records of office expenses and costs
- General administrative duties including filing, photocopying and document preparation
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for someone with previous reception or customer-facing experience who is confident, friendly and professional. You will have excellent customer service skills, good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised while managing a range of tasks. As this is a zero-hours role covering holiday and sickness, you will need to be flexible and available to work at short notice where possible.
