FM Conway Ltd is seeking motivated Drainage Operatives to join its Water and Drainage Management team in Rayleigh. You will work alongside an experienced HGV Driver, learning specialist skills and using leading equipment on planned maintenance and emergency callouts.
The role offers a 6am to 4pm schedule, a pathway to the HGV Apprenticeship Programme, and opportunities to earn bonuses on eligible contracts. You'll be part of a supportive two-person crew committed to safety and quality.
