FM Conway is recruiting for a Drainage Repair Operative to join our growing Water and Drainage Management team. The role offers a full-time, permanent position based at our Kings Langley depot with regional travel and some overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Carry out drainage lining and rehabilitation works
- Support installation of patch repairs and no-dig solutions
- Prepare equipment, materials and work areas prior to repairs
- Work safely within confined spaces following health and safety procedures
- Support CCTV investigations and drainage surveys where required
- Complete job records and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to customers
Qualifications & Experience
- Full training will be provided, but experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is advantageous: robotic cutting, full length lining (UV or inversion), confined space entry, HGV licence.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and commitment to working safely.
