FM Conway is recruiting for a Drainage Repair Operative to join our growing Water and Drainage Management team. The role offers a full-time, permanent position based at our Kings Langley depot with regional travel and some overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out drainage lining and rehabilitation works
  • Support installation of patch repairs and no-dig solutions
  • Prepare equipment, materials and work areas prior to repairs
  • Work safely within confined spaces following health and safety procedures
  • Support CCTV investigations and drainage surveys where required
  • Complete job records and documentation accurately
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to customers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full training will be provided, but experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is advantageous: robotic cutting, full length lining (UV or inversion), confined space entry, HGV licence.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and commitment to working safely.
