FM Conway is recruiting for a Drainage Operative to join our Water and Drainage Management team. As a Drainage Operative, you will work as part of a two-person team, with an HGV Driver, to carry out services including cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of drains. This is a full-time, permanent position working nights from our Kings Langley depot.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting HGV Drainage Engineers with drainage work, including High Pressure Water Jetting and CCTV surveys.
  • Drainage cleaning and investigation works.
  • Assisting in high pressure water jetting.
  • Attending reactive and emergency works.
  • Operating the GIS Trimble unit according to company procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with high pressure water jetting.
  • Street works card and confined space ticket are beneficial.
