Team Leader in Croydon

FM Conway is recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Water and Drainage Management division. This is a hands‐on leadership opportunity where you'll lead operational delivery on our gully cleaning operations and lead the day‐to‐day planning and resourcing that keeps our works programme running smoothly. This is a full‐time, permanent position, based in Croydon, South London.

The duties of the Team Leader role will include:

• Supervising and resourcing the works programme, working within the constraints and specification of the contracts
• Inspecting sites and work standards on a regular basis
• Promoting and supervising safe working practices, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre‐determined targets
• Monitoring works with respect to labour outputs, completing and returning all required documentation

What skills and experience do you need?

The successful candidate will bring hands‐on drainage experience and a clear understanding of transport operations coordination. A full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card are essential for this role.
