FM Conway is excited to be recruiting a Processing Coordinator Apprentice to join our Water and Drainage Management division. As our Processing Coordinator Apprentice, you will work in a supported learning environment, developing the skills and knowledge to organise and plan the daily work schedules and reactive drainage works for the operational teams. As part of your apprenticeship, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our depot in Hickstead, West Sussex.
The duties of the Processing Coordinator Apprentice will include:
- Updating internal systems, ensuring information is correct and passed onto operatives for them to carry out their duties
- Applying for road space permits and ensuring all work is programmed and managed efficiently
- Liaising with clients and their contractors to maximise opportunities for sharing road space and traffic management to increase efficiency
- Being responsible for the successful completion of all elements of your Level 3 apprenticeship qualification and attending relevant training and enrichment events
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a strong communicator, with a customer focus and commercial awareness. You will be comfortable working in a team and independently and be dedicated to completing your Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice. You will ideally have a grade 4 or above in both your Maths and English GCSEs, however this is not essential.
