With continued investment in the brand, we’re focused on growing the right way and creating a great experience for both our customers and our people. If you like variety, pace, and getting stuck in, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta
- Build and send CRM campaigns (email & SMS), including targeting and automations
- Manage Deliveroo, Uber Eats & Just Eat such as menus, offers, imagery and pricing
- Respond to customer queries and handle issues and refunds
- Spot trends in feedback and share insights with the wider team
- Support reporting across digital, CRM and delivery performance
What we’re looking for:
- Organised, detail-focused and happy juggling different tasks
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms and spreadsheets
- A strong, clear communicator (especially in writing)
- Calm, practical and solutions-focused
- Interested in marketing, customer behaviour and what keeps people coming back
- Good instincts for what looks and feels right
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google, Meta, CRM platforms or delivery apps
- Customer service or guest experience background
