The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cross functional initiatives across the business. This role will manage a variety of project types using a blended waterfall and agile approach, ensuring clarity, accountability and measurable results. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and senior leaders, bringing structure to complex initiatives while maintaining flexibility in approach. This role requires strong execution discipline, proactive risk management and the ability to keep projects moving forward across multiple teams and priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead planning and execution of cross functional projects using a blended waterfall and agile methodology
  • Translate business needs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones, ownership and measurable outcomes
  • Establish and maintain strong operating rhythms, delivery tracking and project governance practices
  • Drive clarity on priorities, roles and responsibilities across stakeholders and teams
  • Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early, proposing mitigation plans and escalating where appropriate
  • Adapt delivery approaches based on project complexity, stakeholder needs and business priorities while maintaining consistent execution standards
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and visibility throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and PMO practices

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of project management experience within fast paced or cross functional environments
  • Experience managing different types of projects using blended waterfall and agile approaches
  • Strong execution discipline with excellent organisational and tracking skills
  • Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving workstreams
  • Proactive approach to risk, dependency and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving accountability against agreed actions and timelines
  • Flexible and adaptable working style with the ability to adjust approach based on project needs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross functional teams
  • Demonstrates good judgement, professionalism and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining a high level of quality and polish in delivery and communication
