Job Description

The Opportunity:

️ Flywire is seeking a Product Manager – Payments Platform (Risk, Compliance & Fraud) to help secure billions in global payments . You’ll own the roadmap for fraud prevention, compliance, and regulatory tools—building scalable solutions to keep payments safe, compliant, and seamless for customers worldwide.

In this role, you will:

Own the risk & compliance roadmap , driving scalable solutions to reduce fraud and meet regulatory requirements.
Lead compliance initiatives , partnering with legal and regional teams to ensure smooth, compliant market expansions.
Shape fraud prevention strategies , using data-driven approaches to detect and stop evolving threats.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and payment partners to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.
Integrate third-party tools & vendors , ensuring best-in-class risk and compliance capabilities.
Define KPIs & monitor performance , improving fraud mitigation and operational impact continuously.
Stay ahead of trends , adapting quickly to changing regulations and emerging fraud patterns.
️ Align stakeholders globally , communicating vision and progress across time zones.
️ Travel occasionally for key meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

️ 5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, risk/fraud, or compliance-related products.
Deep knowledge of payments, fraud vectors, and compliance regulations.
️ Hands-on experience with risk/fraud prevention tools and payment processing flows.
Strong collaboration skills—able to influence across legal, engineering, ops, and compliance.
Excellent communicator with confidence in client, partner, and industry settings.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, global environments with a bias for action and measurable results.
