The Learning & Growth (L&G) team sits within the People function and acts as a creative and entrepreneurial centre of expertise, responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving Flywire's global learning ecosystem.

We are seeking a Senior Learning & Growth Specialist to join our team and support the design, development, and delivery of engaging, high-quality learning experiences for FlyMates worldwide. This role is ideal for someone with strong learning and visual design instincts, who is comfortable working with modern learning technologies and enjoys turning ideas into polished, practical learning assets/experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop learning assets and experiences across a range of formats, including digital, virtual-live, blended, and self-directed learning.
  • Create engaging learning materials such as videos (e.g. Synthesia, Parmonic), slides and facilitation decks, learning guides, job aids, and wire pages.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of virtual-live learning experiences, including session setup, logistics, learner communications, and post-session resources.
  • Use learning technologies (GenAI based) and platforms to enable scale, accessibility, and engagement (e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Workday).
  • Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback, iterating on content, and identifying opportunities to enhance learning impact.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People Team to support Flywire's Evolved Learning culture.

Qualifications

Core Capabilities

  • Strong learning design instincts, with an eye for both instructional and visual quality.
  • Comfort using modern GenAI learning and content creation tools (e.g. Synthesia, Parmonic, LinkedIn Learning, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to translate ideas into high-quality learning assets quickly and effectively.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in a global or distributed environment is a plus.
