With over 1000+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 14 offices world-wide, we're looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow. Flywire's Travel business is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional ready to build their career while contributing to both pipeline generation and deal closures. The BDR will spend 100% of their time on Business Development Representative (BDR) responsibilities, driving lead generation and pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage prospecting channels such as cold calling, email, and social media to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for the team.
  • Partner with the marketing team to enhance campaigns and drive lead conversions.
  • Research and identify new potential travel operators, DMC and accommodation clients.
  • Work closely with Senior Account Executives and Managers to support pipeline growth and sales strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and implementation, to ensure a seamless client experience.

1-2 years of sales experience; experience in payments or the travel industry is highly advantageous. Proactive, organised and self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within a sales organisation. Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients. Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other pipeline management tools (preferred but not required). Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
