Senior Specialist, eCommerce – Flywheel
Flywheel's suite of digital commerce solutions accelerates growth across major digital marketplaces for leading brands. We provide near real-time performance measurement to improve sales, share, and profit, with teams worldwide. This role is embedded in our EMEA agency in London and focuses on driving Amazon performance in Europe.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Paid Search to join our activation team. The role combines activation & strategy, with a focus on Amazon across Sponsored Ads/Search, DSP Display, Video, Twitch, Live & Off-Amazon media. Strong activation experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads & Amazon DSP is essential.
What you’ll do
- Know Amazon’s Advertising ecosystem and have a passion for Amazon, retail media, and eCommerce.
- Identify growth opportunities within Amazon and develop plans to capitalise on them (including tooling & technology).
- Analyse multiple data sources, highlight key KPIs for each client, draw insights, and write commentary.
- Plan and manage retail media budgets and KPIs for clients; lead a team to build and execute campaigns to objectives.
- Ensure campaign optimisation follows best practices and contribute to client-specific activation best practices.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales & margin through retail & marketing planning.
- Deliver automated biweekly reports to clients via Excel.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, delivering eCommerce analysis, insight, and strategy to an audience with varied eCommerce understanding.
Who you are
- Strong eCommerce experience, ideally including paid search (PPC / SEM) and DSP or programmatic activation.
- Experience implementing multi-channel media strategies and balancing Amazon search, DSP, and other media tactics with organic and retail activities to maximise sales.
- Happy to educate clients about eCommerce and how search optimization drives results.
- Knowledge of performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting (high level and detailed).
- Additional languages (French/German) desirable but not essential.
