Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Manager, eCommerce to join the Flywheel Content Studio team. This role combines strong project management with deep expertise in ecommerce and digital content. You will manage multiple content projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders, while preparing content studio team members for success. You'll ensure they have the information required to complete creative work that meets client expectations.

You will communicate project status and deliverables across internal departments to ensure overall coordination for project completion. As appropriate, you will revise work plans and resource assignments to meet changing deadlines and requirements. This role ensures retailer digital shelf content is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget. A key aspect of success is becoming a subject matter expert across retail content touchpoints—understanding the role of content, best practices, retailer and marketplace nuances, and how content supports our clients' business initiatives.

This role partners closely with account managers and will report directly to a Project Manager Supervisor or Director. This is a mid‐to‐senior‐level position.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and lead projects throughout the life cycle and across cross‐functional team members including account, strategists, SEO and copy specialists, designers, content syndication, third‐party partners, and clients.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  • Manage resources and prioritize work (trafficking, capacity planning, resource leveling). Monitor projects for accuracy, efficiency, and functionality throughout the lifecycle of the program; identify and help achieve resolution on project issues.
  • Partner with account managers to build, coordinate, and update timelines.
  • Create project estimates, issue POs, track production, and manage client revisions and approvals by using departmental and agency financial software and tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' digital/interactive agency experience in advertising, marketing, or digitally focused organizations.
  • Experience producing technically complex digital/interactive projects with a specific focus on retailer eCommerce; direct‐to‐consumer eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • A foundation of project management experience, activities, and skills. Familiarity with a range of project management and development methodologies and tools (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, WorkFront, JIRA, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple client projects from beginning to end with tight deadlines.
  • A detail‐oriented, self‐motivated professional with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem‐solving, listening, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, decision‐making, and conflict‐resolution skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments.
  • A strong desire to keep up with emerging technologies and best practices, with a passion to share and inspire those around you.
  • Able to work in a fast‐paced environment with flexibility as work and deadlines require.
  • Relentless attention to detail and organization. We provide large, complex content solutions with many moving parts. You will inspire confidence in our clients by making sure every detail is accounted for, documented, and under control.
  • A natural operational mindset. Our team is made up of problem‐solving experts. Every day you will be faced with interesting operational challenges, and success will come from your ability to break things down and put them back together in a better way.
  • Highly motivated and driven. Your ability to wake up every morning fired up about how to help our clients work smarter will be essential to our growth.

Benefits

  • We have office hubs across the globe where team members can go to feel productive, inspired, and connected to others—team members go into Hub Offices 3x a week.
  • Competitive paid time off, including annual leave plus paid public holidays.
  • Great learning and development opportunities.
  • Benefits that help you live your best life.
  • Parental leave and benefits.
  • Volunteering opportunities.
  • If you're looking to connect with teammates on a topic of inclusion and identity, chances are there's an ERG for that.

The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check.
