We're looking for an eCommerce (Media + Retail) Specialist to join our team in London as part of our Client Services function. The Commerce Specialist will work across our Media and Retail teams, partnering with Business Managers to lead the total eCommerce strategy of our clients. This role will have the opportunity to learn the dynamics of digital platforms, such as Amazon, partner with clients to develop their strategy and use our innovative technology to manage and report back to clients.
What You’ll Do
- This role will include learning both media and retail, to ensure strong foundations for your career with Flywheel. This develops capabilities in building and executing client’s eCommerce strategy, through understanding the different levers in detail that drive sales and share growth and bringing these levers together.
- From a media perspective, support our Search Managers in helping our clients reach their Amazon goals through:
- Campaign Management: Managing keyword selection and optimum bid levels for CPG clients on the Amazon Marketing Services Platform
- Campaign Reporting: Developing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns
- Campaign Performance: Establishing key metric reports, tracking progress and trends, and effectively communicating campaign results and insights
- From a retail perspective, support our Retail Managers with the following activities:
- Product Optimisation: Building and managing best‑in‑class Amazon Product Pages that drive optimal discoverability, traffic, and conversions
- Product Merchandising: Planning and executing merchandising strategies that include content enhancements and promotions that accelerate sales for our clients
- Bringing and developing these two skill sets together will be fundamental in the success of this role. Across a commerce approach, the following will also be a key part of the role:
- Consumer Behaviour: Create, test, measure and analyse customer shopping and purchasing behaviour for improved outcomes
- Business Analytics: Utilising reporting dashboards and spreadsheets to extract and communicate commerce insights that develop go‑forward strategies for our clients
- Strategic Consulting: Serving as an on‑call consultant to dig into every Amazon challenge via emails, calls, in‑person meetings, and reports for our clients
- Ecommerce Trends: Monitoring industry news and platform changes, flagging potentially relevant updates for clients to the broader Flywheel team to identify implications and recommended action

Who You Are
- Ability to speak English, and ideally one of French, Italian or Spanish
- Experience in digital sales or media, especially Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side, a big plus
- Detail oriented, good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Solution oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and figuring out solutions and processes to complex problems
- Comfortable in analysing dashboards and utilising spreadsheets with mastery of basic excel formulas – pivot tables should be second nature and you can VLOOKUP in your sleep
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and outstanding communication and presentation skills – innovative, scrappy, and independent thinker with the ability to use data to influence decisions
- Bias for action with a scrappy willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile to persist and get the job done
- Sense of ownership complemented by strong organization and project management skills to meet deadlines
- Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire team in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients
- Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services is a big plus
