We\’re looking for an eCommerce (Retail + Media) Business Manager to join our team in London as part of our Client Services function. You will help establish and grow the European business by taking on responsibility for all EMEA eCommerce engagements, contributing to business development and helping to establish Flywheel as eCommerce thought leader within Europe. This position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, analytically minded individual who wants to lead the media and retail capabilities of the EMEA team.

What you\’ll do:

Building Flywheel Digital\’s brand within EMEA as an Amazon expert

Reviewing and analysing data to provide strategic advice to clients

Developing the retail capabilities of the EMEA team through training, etc.

Contributing to new business development across the regionHaving a pulse and opinion on industry news, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients

Who you are:

5+ years\’ experience in eCommerce or digital marketing

Strong understanding of Amazon workings – specifically in Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing Services & Seller Central

Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel

Great communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and outstanding communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively and strategically

Willingness to roll up sleeves and root cause performance

Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast changing environment

Detail oriented, good project management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
