The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Specialist, eCommerce to join our growing activation team embedded into our EMEA agency in London. If you're passionate about driving ecommerce growth for a portfolio of global brands – this is the role for you.

The role is combined across both activation & strategy. Your focus will be to drive the client's Amazon performance in Europe. In the role you will work with local teams to devise award‐winning platform campaigns that leverage all aspects of Amazon's ads ecosystem to build brands and grow sales. You will define the right mix of media channels & tactics on Amazon, across Sponsored Ads/Search, DSP Display, Video, Twitch, Live & Off‐Amazon media. Having said this, Amazon Sponsored Ads & Amazon DSP is the client's core focus and as such strong activation experience is essential for this role.

What you'll do:

  • You will know Amazon's Advertising ecosystem inside and out and have a passion for all things Amazon, retail media and eCommerce.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and efficiencies within Amazon and develop and drive plans that capitalise on these opportunities (incl. advising on leverage of tools & technology).
  • Be able to analyse multiple data sources confidently and accurately, highlight the most relevant KPIs for each client, draw key insights and write commentary within the context.
  • Plan and develop retail media budgets and KPIs for clients and then manage the team to build campaigns execute on the agreed objectives.
  • Ensure that campaign optimisation adheres to best practice and input into the development of client‐specific activation best practice.
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales & margin, through effective retail & marketing planning.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of automated and correct biweekly reporting, shared via Excel with the client.
  • Effectively and confidently communicate with clients and internal teams, delivering eCommerce analysis, insight, and strategy coherently to an audience with a broad eCommerce understanding.

Who you are:

  • Strong eCommerce experience, ideally including paid search (PPC / Search Engine Marketing), and DSP or programmatic activation.
  • Demonstrate implementation of multi‐channel media strategies, advising on the right balance between Amazon search, DSP and other media tactics, in orchestration with organic and retail tactics (portfolio, content, etc.) to maximise sales.
  • Enjoy educating clients about all things eCommerce and how optimising search can drive eCommerce efforts.
  • Knowledge & experience of performance analysis, forecasting & creating high level & in‐depth reports.
  • Additional language skills would be desirable but not essential (French/German).
