The opportunity:

FLYP is building the AI-native operating system for company merch and gifting, taking on a $27B+ legacy industry still largely run through agencies, warehouses and spreadsheets. In our first 8 months, a 3-person team has gone from zero to $1m run rate, profitably and without a dedicated sales function. We’ve already:

  • Won 7 major enterprise accounts
  • Signed deals ranging from ~$20k to $234k ACV
  • Seen every established enterprise account expand
  • Had zero logo churn, with early net revenue expansion trending above 130%

The product works. Customers buy it, use it and expand. Now we want to build the sales engine around it. We’re hiring our Founding Account Executive to lead that next chapter.

What you’ll do:

  • Your #1 priority will be creating new business through thoughtful, targeted outbound.
  • There is already organic inbound, founder-led pipeline and strong customer proof. What we haven’t built yet is a systematic outbound engine, and that’s the greenfield opportunity.
  • You’ll build and own outbound pipeline across high-growth and enterprise accounts.
  • Identify the right companies, buyers and reasons to engage them.
  • Prospect into People, Marketing, Workplace and Employee Experience teams.
  • Develop creative, highly targeted approaches to opening accounts, not spray-and-pray outreach.
  • Own opportunities end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Turn warm introductions and inbound demand into revenue when they arise.
  • Map organisations, multi-thread and grow opportunities across teams and use cases.
  • Work directly with the founders to refine our ICP, positioning, messaging and GTM playbook.

This is a role for someone who gets energy from creating opportunities that didn't exist before.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You probably have 2 - 4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or another fast-moving B2B environment.
  • You have a track record of generating your own pipeline and winning new business.
  • You are comfortable opening cold accounts and know how to do it intelligently.
  • You can turn an initial conversation into a real commercial opportunity.
  • You are excellent at discovery, follow-up and building trust with senior buyers.
  • You know how to map stakeholders and multi-thread across an organisation.
  • You are entrepreneurial and comfortable working without a large sales machine around you.
  • You are competitive, commercially ambitious and motivated by meaningful upside.
  • You want to build a sales motion rather than inherit someone else's playbook.
  • You are based in London / the UK, with flexibility to work with US prospects when needed.

Why FLYP:

This isn't a bet on whether customers want the product. They already do. We’ve built enterprise traction, profitability and a multi-million-dollar pipeline with three people and no dedicated sales function. You’ll join with:

  • Real proof to sell: recognised enterprise customers, expansion and strong deal sizes.
  • A genuine greenfield: outbound is largely untouched.
  • Direct founder access: no layers between you and the people building the company.
  • Meaningful ownership: you’ll help define how FLYP goes to market.
  • Strong commission upside: you’ll be rewarded for the growth you create.
  • A path to leadership: as the commercial function grows, there is an opportunity to grow into leading it.

FLYP has gone from zero to profitable in eight months with three people. We’ve proven the product. Now come help us prove how big the sales engine can become.
