We value warmth, positivity, and a collaborative spirit. This role would suit a recent law school graduate who has passed a US-state bar exam or will be taking one imminently.

- Maintain and develop strong client relationships while efficiently managing casework.
- Handle a variety of US visa and nationality matters, including, but not limited to:
- Immigrant visas: EB-1, EB-2 (including National Interest Waivers), EB-3, and family-based immigrant visas.
- US nationality: citizenship, loss of nationality, passport applications.
- Supervise and collaborate with Client Support Assistants and Administrative staff as needed.
- Accurately record billable time, ensure prompt invoicing of fees and costs, and proactively monitor case profitability.
- Engage with prospective clients and, as experience grows, build and manage an independent caseload.
- Stay updated on developments in US immigration law and fulfil Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements by attending relevant conferences.
- Participate in business development, networking, and client outreach activities.
About You:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or the foreign equivalent).
- Admission to a US state or Washington, D.C. bar – OR taking the bar exam imminently.

- Strong writing and analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Desirable: participation in law review or another academic journal.
What We Offer:
- 28 days of paid vacation.
