What You Will Work On:
- Investigation of roof leaks including interior assessment, chasing the leak on the roof and finding the source of water ingress
- Install waterproof, repair or replace Conventional single and four ply membrane (built-up roofing) systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel on commercial/industrial flat roofs
- Install waterproof, repair or replace Modified Bitumen (SBS Mod-bit membrane systems)
- Install waterproof, repair or replace single ply membrane roofing systems (EPDM, TPO), using waterproof sheet membranes such as modified plastics or asphalt membranes, and/or cold applied liquid systems
- Maintenance on all flat roofing systems
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years roofing experience on commercial/industrial flat roofs
- Intermediate English skills
- Driving Licence (minimum 18 months driving record)
