The Role
- As an Associate on the Secondary Investments team, you will sit at the heart of live LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions across Europe, working directly with senior partners on high-profile deals.
- Build and maintain detailed valuation and cash-flow models for LP portfolios and GP-led continuation vehicles.
- Conduct underlying fund and portfolio company due diligence, including performance analysis and market review.
- Support deal execution end-to-end, from sourcing and screening through document negotiation and closing.
- Prepare investment committee materials and contribute to portfolio construction decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends across the European secondary landscape.

- 2–4 years of experience in private equity secondaries, primaries, fund-of-funds, transaction advisory, investment banking, or a related private markets/financial services role.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
