Senior Analyst - Spanish Speaker - Private Credit - Investment Сompany

Our client is a premier European private debt firm with over €30 billion AUM, specializing in direct lending and private credit solutions for mid-market and larger sponsor-backed companies. Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our client's high-performing Private Credit investment team based in London. The role provides exposure to all aspects of private credit transactions, from origination support and deal execution through to portfolio management with main focus on Iberia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and execute private credit investments, including senior and unitranche financings.
• Perform detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and credit risk assessment.
• Conduct due diligence (financial, market, and legal) in collaboration with third-party advisors.
• Draft investment memorandums, term sheets, and support deal negotiations and documentation.
• Manage ongoing portfolio monitoring, including performance reviews, covenant tracking, and restructurings if required.
• Collaborate internally and externally, building relationships with private equity sponsors and management teams.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1–2 years’ relevant experience in private credit/direct lending, leveraged finance, or private equity.
• Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, credit analysis skills, and familiarity with legal documentation for leveraged transactions.
• Fluent English & Spanish
• Transaction Experience: Proven track record in executing credit transactions and managing due diligence processes.
• Education: Strong academic background; CFA or MBA advantageous but not essential.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and high integrity.
