Key Responsibilities:
- Deal origination and screening: identify and assess software investment opportunities through sector and financial analysis
- Due diligence and execution: build financial models, conduct valuations, market and technology assessments, and support deal execution
- Portfolio value creation: work with portfolio management to drive operational improvements, M&A, and growth initiatives
- Sector research: develop insights into software trends and contribute to positioning the firm as a leading investor in technology
