About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading mid-cap private equity firm, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M&A Associate to join their Opportunities Team with a primary focus on the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, deal execution, and strategic advisory within M&A, investment banking, or private equity. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, dwue diligence, and deal structuring.
- Conduct industry and company research to identify investment opportunities and strategic insights.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and other client presentations.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop transaction strategies and recommendations.
- Engage with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal process.
- Monitor market trends and developments within the healthcare sector to support decision-making.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or private equity, ideally with a top-tier firm.
- Strong academic background; a Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
