Role Overview
The firm is seeking a Private Credit Associateto join its London-based investment team. The role is focused on Spain and the wider Iberian region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and execute private credit transactions, and debt structures
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and perform credit and downside risk analysis
- Participate in due diligence processes across financial, legal, and commercial workstreams
- Draft investment memorandums, assist with term sheets, and support transaction execution
- Engage in ongoing portfolio monitoring, including performance tracking, covenant analysis, and restructurings if needed
- Develop relationships with private equity sponsors, advisors, and company management teams—particularly in Spain
Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of relevant experience in:
- Leveraged finance
- Private credit or structured finance
Skills:
- Native-level Spanish and full professional proficiency in English
- Solid academic background (CFA or postgraduate qualifications are a plus, but not required)
