Key Responsibilities
- Deal Origination: Source opportunities through advisor networks and proactive outreach; screen investments and prepare IC materials.
- Transaction Execution: Lead financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination; prepare investment memos and manage deals from LOI to close.
- Portfolio Management: Support boards, monitor performance, identify value creation initiatives, execute buy-and-build strategies.
- Sector Coverage: Develop deep expertise in Healthcare, Technology, Business Services, Industrials, or Consumer sectors.
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
- 2-4 years in private equity, investment banking (M&A), or corporate development.
