The Role: As an Associate in Credit Solutions, you'll work alongside relationship managers to assess and structure financing for technology companies across EMEA. Your focus will span revenue-generating businesses from $40m to $2bn, including publicly traded firms, PE-backed portfolio companies, VC-funded scale-ups, and founder-owned enterprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing creditworthiness and structuring debt facilities tailored to technology business models
  • Supporting transactions across bilateral, club, and syndicated deals, including innovative cash flow and ARR-based structures
  • Conducting financial due diligence and risk assessment on companies operating in Enterprise Software, FinTech, IT Services, Consumer Internet, Deep Tech, and Climate Tech
  • Partnering with senior bankers on complex financing needs—working capital lines, M&A financing, management buyouts, and growth capital
