The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading independent global financial and risk advisory firm to identify an exceptional Director to join their rapidly expanding Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a core focus on Financial Due Diligence. This firm prides itself on senior-led engagement models where Managing Directors are involved throughout the entire deal process. They are actively expanding their European and Middle East footprint following recent strategic hires and acquisitions.

The Role:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors, corporates and lenders
- Deliver Quality of Earnings analysis, working capital normalisation and net debt assessments
- Manage cross-border transactions across European and GCC markets
- Collaborate with operational, tax, IT and compliance due diligence teams on integrated advisory mandates
- Build and mentor teams across multiple offices
- Drive business development with financial sponsors and corporate clients
- Act as single point of contact for clients across multiple due diligence workstreams
Ideal Profile:
- 10 to 15 years in Transaction Services or FDD
- Big 4 or leading advisory background preferred
- Proven track record on complex, cross-border due diligence engagements
- Strong technical expertise in QoE, net debt and working capital analysis
- Business development credentials and network within PE sponsors or corporate M
