Firm and strategy
Pan-European growth investor focused on high-growth, mission-critical software and technology companies with recurring or re-occurring revenue models and strong structural tailwinds. Acts as sole or lead investor, taking control or co-control positions and providing strategic and operational support through an in-house value-creation team. Strong emphasis on responsible investing and ESG, integrating sustainability and value-creation initiatives across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities

- Build and own complex financial models, including revenue cohorts, unit economics, sensitivity and returns analysis for growth and buy-out situations.
- Prepare high-quality investment materials (IC memos, board packs, portfolio updates) articulating the investment thesis, key risks, value-creation plan and ESG workstreams.
- Support and coordinate due diligence across commercial, financial, technology/product and ESG workstreams, managing external advisors where necessary.

- Monitor portfolio performance on an ongoing basis, track key operating and ESG metrics, and contribute to exit preparation and execution.
Candidate profile
- 2–4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, growth / buy-out private equity, or growth-stage technology investing; outstanding Analyst-level candidates will also be considered.
- Strong technical skill set: excellent financial modelling, valuation and accounting fundamentals, with experience owning workstreams on live transactions.
- Demonstrable interest in software and technology businesses, ideally with exposure to recurring-revenue or subscription models.
